GLAZED FLAT DOORS

Core, outer shell, surface processing, hinges and packaging are the same as for full flat doors. Faced glass laths are inserted diagonally into the cut out openings.

Door core: Door core is composed of a solid oak frame, which is additionally reinforced longitudinally and transversally. The centre of the frame is filled with a special incombustible board. The thickness of the door together with the outer shell is about 48 mm.

Surface processing: Door leaves are lacquered with an UV acrylic varnish. Edges are grooved (sharp edges) and faced with veneer, fine-line or foil. There is an expansion strip in the groove.

Hinges: Door has three hinges and a special fire resistant lock.

Packaging: Door leaves are packed in cardboard.

Assembly: Doors are allowed to be assembled only to a LIKO fire resistant doorpost T30. The door must have a corresponding fire resistant door handle and must be self-closing.

FIRE RESISTANT DOOR FRAME T30

Doorpost is made of a three-layer particle board in veneered or white versions. Groove and finish panels are sharp edged, 60 mm wide. The doorpost has three two-part hinges. The groove contains a sealing made of shaped thermoplastic elastomer.

Assembly of the doorpost must be performed only with hardly inflammable polyurethane (Promafoam).

FIRE RESISTANT DOORS T30 / 37 dB

Composition of the door is the same as for fire resistant door T30, and it has an additional floor sealing.

Set comprises a door leaf and a cornice for wall assembly. The sizes of door leaves are standard, they are veneered and surface processed. The bottom part has a sliding groove. The door leaf has no grip. Edges are cut straight and covered with foil. It is packed as standard door leaves.

Cornice contains all the necessary parts for assembly.

Frames for P2 and P3 leaves are made from solid wood and processed correspondingly. They are packed in cardboard.

Construction: Doorframes is made from veneered chip boards by the "folding" system. Door Frames are lacquered with an UV acrylic varnish. The sealing is inserted. Doorframes are universal with enclosed hinges and assembly instructions. The sharp-edged finish panel is 60 mm wide, and the panel with rounded edges is 65 mm wide.

White finish panels with rounded edges are 60 mm wide, and finish panels for doorframes Elita are 75 mm wide.

Doorframes with a glazed part above the doors contains a crossbar and laths for assembling glass.
